Invite Your Network to The NAMM Show

As a benefit of your NAMM membership, you can send free and/or discounted invitations to your staff and professional network so they may register for NAMM Show badges via our easy-to-use invitation system.

Please remember to send out your invitations before the free badge invitation deadline on January 10, 2024. Any invitation you send before the deadline can be redeemed anytime before the show for the specified discounted or free price. Invitations sent after the January 10 deadline will incur an additional fee.

The number of free badges allocated to your company depends on your booth size or membership type. NAMM members have unlimited half-off badges that they can send to their network. You also have unlimited NAMM Show+ online-only passes, which provide access to select NAMM Show concerts, education, events, brand profile pages, networking, giveaways, and much more. NAMM Show+ access is a great way for staff who can’t attend in person to take advantage of this amazing membership benefit, and it is a great promotional tool!  Please note: NAMM Show+ is an online-only option.

Commercial NAMM members that are not exhibiting do not have access to free badges. We encourage commercial members to consider accessing the show through the Networking Badge and NAMM Show+ Package or purchasing a turnkey booth. 

If you use all of your free badge allotment, you can continue sending half-price badges and NAMM Show+ online-only badges. In addition, you can purchase additional invitations by clicking “Purchase Additional Badge Invitations.” You will enter your payment information, and your invitee will get a free badge on your behalf.
