Caitlin Doherty is the Vice President of Erikson Audio at Exertis, part of JAM Industries in Quebec, Canada. Her love of audio and music began with the piano, for which she earned her first degree. Next, she turned her attention to audio, earning her master's in audio engineering and becoming a Live Sound production manager. Caitlin participated in the 2023 Women of NAMM (WoN) leadership summit. This yearly event helps participants develop leadership skills and expand their network of contacts and resources, to strengthen their current positions and future contributions in our industry.
