Frank Seta

Frank Seta devoted his career to the music products industry, beginning with Baldwin Pianos before continuing with Gibson and ultimately fulfilling his dream of owning his own music store. Drawing upon his years of experience and deep understanding of the industry, he established Seta Music in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he specialized in grand, upright, digital, and player pianos, as well as classical and theater organs. Having worked for Baldwin in Cincinnati, Frank recognized the city’s rich musical heritage and believed it was the ideal place to build a successful retail business. Under his leadership, Seta Music became known not only for its quality instruments but also for its commitment to customer service and lasting relationships. Frank understood that the foundation of a successful music store extended far beyond the products it sold—it was built on trust, friendship, and genuine care for musicians and their families. Throughout his career, Frank earned the admiration and respect of colleagues across the music products industry. His passion, integrity, and generous spirit led many friends and peers to recommend him for the NAMM Oral History program, recognizing the important role he played in the industry and the countless relationships he cultivated over the years.
