Quick Tips for NAMM U Presenters
- Plan to arrive at the NAMM Idea Center at least 15 minutes before your session start time so that the AV team and NAMM staff can help you prepare for your session.
- You can download The 2025 NAMM Show PowerPoint template below. If you're using your own PowerPoint or Keynote design, please make sure slides are set at a 16:9 widescreen format. Our screens will not accommodate a 4:3 slide format.
- We recommend that speakers memorize their presentations, so they can be mobile onstage — as opposed to using a podium. Also, NAMM Idea Center presentations occur back to back in 30-minute slots. Please keep any introductory comments brief to ensure your presentation runs on time.
- There will be a clock on the stage for reference.
- Post on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok or Tweet using #NAMMShow. You can also use The NAMM Show promotional kit to publicize your session.
- We have a designated area for additional questions after the session. Please help us start the next session on time by immediately moving to the area after your session and keeping guests from blocking the stage area.
- Discounted hotels are available through EventSphere, NAMM's official housing partner.
- You will be able to make edits to your bio, head shot and the rest of your speaker record on The NAMM Show+ app once you register for your badge.
