Francois Kloc earned a degree in oboe and bassoon performance at the Beauvais Music Conservatory, which became a foundation for his deep and passionate exploration of these musical instruments.  When he joined the Buffet Crampon Company in 1995 he was able to bring his knowledge to the process of making the instruments just as he learned the many processes of the manufacturing and the business side of the company.  Francois began growing into management roles just as the company changed ownerships over the years from Boosey & Hawkes and the Music Group.  In 2014 he was named t

Al Maniscalco is a musician at heart. Prior to joining what was then Buffet Crampon USA in 2006, Al Maniscalco maintained a successful 20 year career as a performing musician and educator.  He has released four recordings as leader of the Al Maniscalco Quartet, and has performed throughout the world at jazz clubs, festivals, and alongside such notables as Chuck Mangione, The Shirelles, and Tony Bennett. 

Jerome Perrod was appointed the CEO of the Buffet Group in 2014, an opportunity he was both honored and excited about. Given his background and interest in management and developing processes, Jerome was a great catch for the pioneering company.  He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique College with a degree in civil engineering and also studied at Ponts Chaussées University in Paris.
