Will Champlin grew up in a very musical family, his father Ben is the songwriter and founding member of the band Chicago.  Will studied at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts and launched his musical career as a songwriter.  In 2010 he won a Grammy for writing the song “Ordinary Me,” which appeared on Heather Headley’s album Audience Of One.  Three years later Will’s singing career was underway with a performance on The Voice, he sang the Gavin DeGraw song “Not Over You.”

Tom Field is the founder of TFA (Tom Field Associates) whose team provided lighting for a host of iconic live events such as Woodstock and the Newport Jazz Festival. In addition to the many innovative processes he created that have become standard in pro lighting, Tom has hired a long list of professionals who have gone on to make their own unique mark in the industry. One such notable individual was Rick O'Brien, who would earn the nickname "Parnelli" and, after his untimely death, became the namesake to the annual Parnelli Awards, which celebrates contributions to the live sound

Tris Imboden was just five years old when he saw a drumline at a local parade and knew what he wanted to do for the rest of his life. Even though Tris is self-taught he would go to a local music store where he learned the ins and outs of music theory. An early break for him was when his band (Honk) was the soundtrack to the surf movie Five Summer Stories. Jeff Van Duyn often expresses deep gratitude for the mentors who shaped his career in Live Sound, notably Dan Kasting and Mark Hogue. In 1963, Jeff’s musical journey took root when his parents took him to see Dick Clark’s Caravan of Stars in his hometown of Muncie, Indiana. That electrifying experience, combined with the concerts he attended as a teenager, ignited his curiosity about the behind-the-scenes magic of live performances. Jeff became the first to arrive and the last to leave, persistently seeking insights from sound engineers and crew members.
