Muriel Anderson

Muriel Anderson sure puts her heart and soul into her music as both a performer and songwriter. Over the years the music products industry has been lucky to be closely associated with Murial thanks to her endorsement of instruments and accessories as well as her widely successful All Star Guitar Nights, a feature at NAMM Shows since 2000. Her many projects include raising funds for school music programs and music education.

Raughi Ebert along with Leo Henrichs had dreams of combining their love of flamenco-style guitar playing to form a duet and perform together. This dream became a reality in 1994 when they formed Tierra Negra. Together they recorded several well-received albums and toured around the world. While in their native Germany, they met Muriel Anderson who was excited to work with them on an album project. That album led to a world tour in 2010. Nokie Edwards was an original member of the Ventures, a rock group of the 1960’s that helped popularize instrumental recordings. The band enjoyed several hit records including “Walk Don’t Run.” They remained active during much of the 60’s, even providing the music for the “Hawaii Five-O” television theme. Nokie was active within the music products industry as an advisor on product design and as an endorser. NAMM attendees were able to hear Nokie for decades at various events including performing at Muriel Anderson’s All Star Guitar Night. 

Leo Henrichs and his friend Raughi Ebert formed the group Tierra Negra to combine their love of flamenco and their passion for rhythms to create a fresh feeling to guitar music. They have traveled the world together and recorded several albums as well as designing their own guitar that incorporated both of their ideas for a unique tone and feel that they were proud to name the Tierra Negra Guitar. In 2009 they began recording and touring with Muriel Anderson, which brought them to Nashville where they were both interviewed during the NAMM Summer Show in 2011.

TJ McGann, a distinguished guitar repair technician, boasts an illustrious career spanning decades. Renowned for his meticulous craftsmanship, TJ has served a multitude of esteemed guitarists, including Bucky Pizzarelli, and the iconic Les Paul. His expertise has been instrumental in shaping the musical instruments of legends. A stalwart presence at the NAMM show, TJ has contributed significantly to its success for many years.
