Charles Lusso was repairing machines for Kodak and then went on the road as a musician for 3 years. When he returned Tony D’Andrea asked if he would help with some of the machines in the company. His sister, Rosemary D’Andrea, had married into the famous guitar pick family. Charlie and Rosemary’s husband, Tony, became close friends and worked hard to improve the manufacturing operations of the picks, Charlie officially joined the team in 1981. When D’Andrea bought Snarling Dogs, Charlie brought the Brain Pick back to life as well as designing new picks with different shapes and thicknesses. Charlie continued working with the company after it was sold to Delmar Products Inc. in 2012, and under the guidance of John J. DiMugno (President) thrives to this day.
