E.J. Dombrowski

E.J. Dombrowski is the Vice President of Jim’s Music in Wisconsin, a family business founded by his father as a small lesson studio that grew into a multi-location music retail operation. Inspired by his father’s motto, “You never fail until you quit,” E.J. developed a strong work ethic and passion for music at an early age. E.J. earned degrees in both business and music and spent several years teaching guitar, a role that became one of his greatest passions. Combining his love for music with his interest in technology, he also focused on improving communication and efficiency across the company’s four locations, developing systems that streamlined operations and supported the growth of online sales. Committed to growing the next generation of musicians, E.J. is dedicated to making music accessible to families by offering quality instruments at affordable prices. He also supports introductory opportunities, including free lessons, to help inspire children to begin their musical journey.
