Joe LaBarbera

Joe LaBarbera, jazz drummer and composer, is best known for his performances with pianist Bill Evans. His illustrious career includes performances with Chuck Mangione, Rosemary Clooney, Tony Bennett and some 16 albums with Bill Evans. Joe studied at Berklee College of Music before serving in the US Army, playing in the band at Fort Dix in New Jersey. With his brother, Pat, Joe formed a jazz quartet playing alongside another set of brothers, bassist Tony Levin and his keyboardist brother Pete appropriately named Band of Brothers.
