Ron Losby was classically trained on the piano and began his love of the music industry by providing free lessons at Sherman Clay’s retail chain. He later worked within the Wurlitzer music stores where he was trained on the “Wurlitzer Way” of doing business. Those classes provided a foundation for selling and customer service that stayed with Ron as his career developed. While working for the Chicago Baldwin dealer in the 1980s, Ron was asked to join the Steinway team. He worked his way up within the company, becoming CEO, which has been a dream come true for him.
