In her new position, Challacombe will oversee all membership administrative functions and provide superior customer service. She will also be responsible for the development and implementation of an effective membership marketing plan, which will be carried out by a sales team in support of membership initiatives. She will also lead a cross-department team for organization-wide marketing and sales strategies that aim toward effectively retaining and serving current NAMM Members while expanding the membership base.

“NAMM Members are the heart and soul of the music products industry,” said Joe Lamond, president and CEO, NAMM. “We believe that Causby has the right mix of experience, skill and passion to provide them with the top-quality Member service they deserve, to implement programs that benefit their businesses and build relationships that will help strengthen the association.”

"I am very excited to join the NAMM team,” said Challacombe. “I have a great passion for associations and the importance they play in the lives of the members they represent. I am looking forward to bringing a new perspective to NAMM’s membership programs that will help deliver more personal value to Members and their businesses.”
