Statement on Nashville-Area Tornado

Nashville Downtown
Carlsbad, CA

Nashville is our second home, and our thoughts are with those affected by the recent tornado. We continue to reach out to NAMM Members and friends across the region to ensure their safety.

At this time, there is no damage reported to Music City Center or surrounding hotels. With the health and safety of our members a top priority, NAMM remains committed to working with Music City Center, the City of Nashville, the Nashville Convention and Visitors Corporation, and public health officials to ensure a safe Summer NAMM gathering for all, July 9-11.

While recovery is expected to take weeks, several organizations are taking the lead in efforts to restore and rebuild areas that are affected. The Tennessean has published a list of local organizations active in these efforts and accepting donations. https://www.tennessean.com/story/news/2020/03/03/how-help-donate-after-nashville-tornado/4936949002/

As a member organization, our hearts and thoughts are with the greater Nashville community and NAMM Family. NAMM stands at the ready to offer support to aid in the recovery of Music City.
