Brittany Bauman

Brittany Bauman began her career as a passionate music educator, devoted to sharing the joy of music-making with her students. That same love of teaching continues to inspire her work today as Director of Music Education for Nuvo Instruments, a position she has held since 2017. In this role, Brittany focuses on “teaching teachers,” providing educators with innovative tools, lessons, and curriculum designed to reach students of all ages and abilities. She finds deep fulfillment in helping teachers build creative, inclusive classrooms where every child can experience the excitement of learning through music. Brittany is proud to work alongside a talented team of fellow educators at Nuvo, each bringing firsthand classroom experience and a shared understanding of the unique needs of both students and teachers. Her dedication to empowering educators reflects her belief in music’s power to inspire lifelong learning. Brittany participated in the 2025 Women of NAMM (WoN) Leadership Summit, a yearly event designed to foster leadership development and expand participants’ professional networks.
