Fred Schiff proudly carries on the legacy of his parents, Mel and Sally Schiff, who opened a small, service-oriented music store in Tamarac, Florida, in 1976. Focused on band and orchestra instruments, the store quickly became a trusted resource for local school music programs. In 2022, All County Music was named the NAMM Dealer of the Year and Best Community Retail Store. Fred leads the business with the same unwavering dedication to music education, while expanding its mission through active involvement in local and state government advocacy. A passionate and persuasive voice for the arts, Fred has traveled to Washington, D.C., for NAMM’s Fly-In and delivered influential presentations, becoming a trailblazing music education advocate. His commitment extends to over two decades of involvement with the Florida Music Education Association's board of directors where he has served as the Chairman of the Florida Corporate and Academic Partner committee helping to strengthen ties between businesses and educators. Fred’s tireless work continues to ensure that music remains a vital part of Florida’s educational landscape.
