Gennifer Dusold

Gennifer Dusold thoroughly enjoyed and greatly benefited from her experiences playing in her school music programs. Beginning on flute in the 5th grade, Gennifer went on to play in the marching band in high school and college. While in the band, she met the son of the owners of Brighton Music Center in Pennsylvania. That connection led to a series of positions within the business, first cleaning instruments, then on the sales floor before focusing on the company’s social media marketing, and finally as the store’s general manager. Gennifer participated in the 2023 Women of NAMM (WoN) leadership summit. This yearly event helps participants develop leadership skills and expand their network of contacts and resources, to strengthen their current positions and future contributions in our industry.
