Joel Ginsberg

Joel Ginsberg has dedicated his professional career to supporting the arts through leadership roles in development, marketing, multimedia production, and project management. With more than 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and arts sectors, he has helped organizations strengthen fundraising efforts, expand digital engagement, and build meaningful connections with their communities. Equally passionate about music and storytelling, Joel has volunteered for the NAMM Oral History Program since 2021 as both a videographer and interviewer, helping document the personal journeys of musicians, inventors, retailers, producers, creators, and industry leaders during the annual NAMM Show. Working alongside Dan Del Fiorentino and a growing volunteer team, Joel has helped capture hundreds of interviews that preserve the history and spirit of the music products industry for future generations. He has also supported important NAMM events including the Milestone Awards and the annual NAMM Tribute, experiences that deepened his appreciation for the relationships, legacy, and sense of community that continue to define the music industry.
