Journey Ralbovsky

Journey Ralbovsky is a guitarist, songwriter, and instrument designer whose work reflects a deep connection to both music and innovation. Raised in Woodstock, New York, by musician parents, Journey grew up surrounded by artists and was inspired by the creative community that embraced music as a way of life. As a musician, she was influenced by artists such as Joni Mitchell, whose songwriting inspired Journey to develop her own voice as a writer and performer. Her passion for improving the playing experience led her to design a guitar specifically tailored for women, focusing on comfort and accessibility. Journey has also applied her creativity to product design, developing a solar-powered, transparent gig bag that allows for easy visibility of contents—an innovation that simplifies travel, including TSA inspection, while providing practical storage for accessories such as cables and picks. Through her work, she continues to explore new ways to support musicians both on and off the stage.
