Oral History Information
Katharine Richardson is a co-founder and partner at Richlynn Group, a Nashville-based marketing and advertising firm that helps music products companies such as Martin Guitars share their stories. Katharine went on to work as a booking agent at William Morris and later at Capitol Records Nashville, where she worked with Garth Brooks. She was an ardent explorer of the early internet and designed websites for the Country Music Hall of Fame, The Nashville Network and others before co-founding Richlynn. Katharine has materially contributed to NAMM for many years by supporting NAMM Media Day, bringing in speakers for NAMM U and organizing panels at The NAMM Show. In her NAMM Oral History interview, she fervently spoke about the camaraderie and many benefits of the Women of NAMM Leadership Summit, which she attended in October 2026.
