Lindsey Lerner

Lindsey Lerner has a family connection to Shure that goes back generations. Her grandmother lived across the street from the company’s original headquarters and worked there as an executive assistant for several years. She often invited staff over for a meal or a chance to relax. Lindsey’s mother also spent a summer at Shure during school, making phonograph needles on the production line, though her grandmother liked to joke that those needles probably never made it past quality control. Lindsey continued the family tradition when she joined Shure in 2014, and she became Senior Product Marketing Manager. In her NAMM Oral History interview, she fondly reminisced about those family stories and spoke with ardent appreciation for her colleagues and for Shure’s mission. In 2026 Lindsey attended the Women of NAMM Leadership Summit, an experience she valued for the chance to learn from other women in the industry, exchange ideas and build meaningful relationships. The camaraderie she found there echoed the sense of connection that has defined her family’s long history with Shure.
