Ricardo Cassal is Marketing Manager for Dylan Do Brasil, where he plays a central role in shaping brand identity, product presentation, and global visibility for the company’s growing portfolio of professional audio solutions. A lifelong musician, Ricardo began his journey singing and performing in rock bands before pursuing formal studies in marketing, combining creative passion with strategic communication. Prior to joining Dylan, Ricardo worked in the marketing division of another microphone company, experiences that helped prepare him for what he describes as truly finding his professional home at Dylan. He has witnessed the company’s remarkable growth into one of Brazil’s leading audio brands, contributing through advertising development, packaging design, and brand storytelling initiatives. As both marketer and musician, Ricardo actively tests new products, offering hands-on artistic feedback that helps refine performance and usability. A longtime attendee of The NAMM Show — which he affectionately calls his “Disneyland” and an inspiring start to each new year — Ricardo remains focused on strengthening Dylan’s brands while supporting the musicians and creators they serve.
