Elevating Women to Leadership Positions
What is it?
When Women of NAMM launched this initiative in 2019, women held just 2.2% of CEO roles in the music products industry. The WoN Leadership Summit exists to change it.
The summit brings together ambitious, mid-career women in music products, pro audio and entertainment technology for a world-class, facilitator-led leadership experience. It's practical, intense, genuinely transformative, and the kind of program you'll still be drawing on five years from now.
NAMM envisions a future where women hold more C-suite positions across our industry. The summit is how we build that future one leader at a time.
Who should attend?
You're ready for the next level. This gets you there. You're a mid-career professional in music products, pro audio or entertainment technology — manager level or above, with at least five years in the industry. You lead a team. You're driven. And you know that the leaders you most admire never stopped investing in their own development.
What's included?
$1,800 registration fee includes: Pre-summit preparation (including two self-report assessments and a 360-degree assessment), take-home assessment reports and workbooks, and at least three post-summit small group coaching sessions. And if cost is an issue? Full and partial scholarships are available for individuals whose companies are unable to cover the registration fee, or who are self-funding their professional development. (Applying for a scholarship does not impact your eligibility to attend the summit.)
Leadership Summit Scholarship
We know financial circumstances vary. Full and partial scholarships are available through The NAMM Foundation for applicants or companies that can't cover the registration fee. Applying for a scholarship has no impact on participant selection.
