Steve Churchyard grew up reading the liner notes of album covers and studying the names of the engineers and studios, which somehow fascinated him just as much as the recording artist. With the help of a guidance counselor, Steve slowly made his way into the recording studio world. He worked at Air Studios alongside Sir George Martin for seven years and became a noted engineer and producer. Among his long list of artists he worked with over the years were Wings, The Scorpions, The Pretenders and Billy Joel.

Simon Jones has a rich background with the guitar, which has come full circle with his role with the Yamaha Guitar Group. As a teenager he played, and even built his own guitar to play with his friends. He continued to play in college and took an interesting path within the pro audio and recording fields first by working for EMI, taking him to experience the mobile studio in Norway and jobs at Abbey Road Studios in London.

Igor Maxymenko is a co-founder of Audiomovers, which was established in 2017 by providing plugins designed to help musicians and studio engineers transfer high-quality audio files over the Internet. Igor worked for Waves Audio in 2007 on networking systems and saw the need for moving large audio files without losing quality and to do so in a faster way. With his plugins, Igor has helped set the standard for sharing high-definition audio files to be transferred remotely. In fact, about 80% of the recordings completed at Abbey Road Studios in London use Audiomover’s plugins.
