Lloyd Baggs began his journey in music in forth grade as a cellist. After playing in youth symphonies he landed in the UCLA symphony while still in high school. Lloyd graduated from college with a degree in Fine Art and made his first guitar while working as a fine art master printer. Moving to LA he made made guitars for Jackson Browne, Ry Cooder, Janis Ian, Graham Nash and others. Lloyd’s interest in pickups began with Ry’s quest to amplify the acoustic he’d built for Ry and led to the LB6, a retrofittable pickup that would not damage the guitar. Steve Fister began playing the guitar at the age of five and by twelve he was performing in clubs. Nothing else seemed to drive him like music and so he kept pursuing the opportunities that came his way, such as touring with rock bands and teaching guitar in music stores. He toured with Iron Butterfly, which led to studio session work, which then led to jingles and movie work. His solo albums and tours of Europe continue to sell out as his fan base grows, as does his relationship with Godin Guitars, which created a Steve Fister signature model.

Robert Godin grew up in love with woods and handcraftsmanship. He worked along side a luthier long enough to understand he had found his passion. Robert designed and perfected a style of building that produced a unique sounding guitar, special in many ways. He took extra care in selecting the woods for each part of the guitar and in searching for the right bonding agents and binding materials. The trick, he thought, would be to find a way to make the instrument he had created in larger volume. This process resulted in the Godin Guitar, which is revered around the world for innovat
